橡膠襯里簡介
橡膠襯里是設備或管道內部采用內襯耐磨、防腐以及耐高溫的橡膠作為襯里層,通過橡膠自身物理和化學性能,從而降低了管路輸送介質對外部結 構的作用,如沖擊力、腐蝕等,其由于橡膠的緩沖作用,很好的保護設備管道起到延長使用壽命作用。
其分為四大類: 1.設備防腐襯里 2.磨機襯里 3.浮選機襯里 4.煙氣脫硫襯里
防腐襯里是為防止設備腐蝕的未硫化、預硫化或硫化的橡膠板或片。在金屬或其它材料工作表面用襯里膠板形成一-連續(xù)的隔離性的覆蓋層的技術稱 為襯膠技術。襯里膠料可分為軟質膠、硬質膠和半硬質膠, -般根據使用條件用NR , CR和SBR等制造。襯里的制造包括對金屬基材表面處理、襯里膠板加工、裁剪、貼合和硫化等工序。襯里膠板作為化工防腐、防機械磨損材料泛用作化工設備襯里和礦山、冶金用泥漿泵、浮選機、磨機、建材工業(yè)用水泥磨機等設備的襯里。

具有保護金屬或其他基體免受各種介質侵蝕的能力，耐受酸、堿、無機鹽及多種有機物的腐蝕。并有良好的彈性、耐磨性、抗沖擊性及金屬和其他基體的粘合 性能。
產品用途；廣泛用于石油、化工、化肥、冶金、電力的酸堿儲存罐、反應器、地坪隔離層等。
